As I look through my old recipes I’m thinking I need some help from my friend Sheryl to update this page with more healthful recipes! Look for those coming soon! For now, grow some microgreens and sprouts and add them to any sandwich, salad, smoothie, juice, or use them to top another dish! They are packed with nutrients, easy to grow, and delicious!
